Return & Refund Policies

Once an order is confirmed, BriskHeal will not accept return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our consumers to find an amicable solution that is best for both.

In case of Damaged product
  • BriskHeal needs to be notified through mail-briskheal@gmail.com or telecon about damaged product, maximum of 5 days of delivery. However, we at our end take utmost responsibility in taking help of good logistics service providers and good packaging materials to withstand transit mishandling issues.
  • In the email, please mention the following details carefully.
  • Order number
  • Image of invoice
  • Outer box image & images of damaged product to be sent
  • Date of Delivery
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will take all necessary steps to avoid any misunderstanding amongst us.
  • Email will be responded within 2 days to help you further.
In case of Missing product
  • BriskHeal needs to be notified of missing product within 3 days from delivery date via email to briskheal@gmail.com
  • In the email, please mention the following details carefully.
  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • Outer box image
  • Clear images of the opened box(2 in nos) with all items received to be sent.
  • Once received above details, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing products.
  • Email will be responded within 2 days to help you further.

In case of spoiled product

  • BriskHeal needs to be notified of spoilage of product within 10 days from delivery date via email to briskheal@gmail.com
  • In the email, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images or video of the product to be shared.
  • We BriskHeal, committed to provide you natural products hence we are unable to accept returns due to taste, texture, aroma or colour.
  • We do not use any artificial flavours or perfumeries or preservatives or enhancing elements to pacify the real taste, flavour, aroma, colour of the products.
  • Products if any complain found will be replaced after through technical investigation which will be informed to your end within shortest possible time line.
